Ode to the Clouds Author unknown Like white ships on a sea of blue, The wind blowing their sails, Shades of grey, white and hue. Their journey never harmed by heavy gales. They drift with the wind, Taking them to further places. Gravity has been rescind. People hold their grudges. Clouds, knowing all the tales, Winds with their thousand voices, Don't hesitate, as good telltales, To tell them in rhyming phrases. Clouds, white wayfarers above our heads, For birds the perfect beds. Like white ships on a sea of blue, Oh how I wish I was a captain too.
